- Balloons damaged after the 14-day refund window.
- Balloons purchased from a third-party retailer or distributor.
- However, we will assist customers in resolving any issues by providing support and guidance.
- Additional Information:
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that the faulty balloons are securely packaged for return shipping.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during the initial purchase.
- Shipping charges for returning the faulty balloons may be reimbursed upon review and approval by our customer service team.
