Refund & Exchange Policy – Stylex Balloons

At Stylex Balloons, we are committed to offering high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand there may be times when a refund or exchange is required, and this policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency for both our customers and our business.


Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you no longer require the items purchased. Please carefully consider your order before completing checkout. To help with colour selection, we recommend ordering a sample bag before placing a large order.


Exchanges

If you wish to request an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to provide a suitable solution.

Exchange Process:

  • Contact us at info@stylexballoons.com.au or call 0431 020 129 within 14 days.

  • Provide your order number, name, and reason for the exchange.

  • Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged product).


Refunds for Faulty Balloons

If you receive balloons that are faulty due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Eligibility:

  • Faults must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Applies only to products purchased directly from Stylex Balloons.

Options:

  • Full Refund (including shipping).

  • Replacement shipment at no additional cost.

Refund Process:

  • Contact our customer service team within 14 days, with:

    • Order number and date of purchase

    • Description of the issue

    • Photos of the fault (where possible)

  • Our team will review your request and advise on the next steps.

  • Refunds or replacements will be processed within 10 business days once items are returned and verified.

Exclusions:

  • Balloons damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

  • Claims made after the 14-day window.

  • Purchases made through third-party retailers or distributors.

  • Customers must package returned items securely.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

  • Return shipping costs may be reimbursed if the fault/error is confirmed by our team.
